At Exodus Apparel, we stand by the quality of our performance gear and offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn items with original tags attached. Whether the fit isn't right or you've changed your mind, we are committed to getting you back in the game with the right equipment.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place your items in their original packaging and secure the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of the box.

• 3.
  Drop Off Shipment

  Hand your package to the designated carrier or drop it off at any authorized shipping location within 7 days of receiving your label.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of your gear, we will process your refund or ship out your new exchange items within 3-5 business days.
